Runbooks for Confluence and Jira

Your runbooks already live in Confluence. This app turns each one into a versioned procedure and lets responders run it as a checklist from the Jira or Jira Service Management work item they are handling, recording who did each step and when.

If someone edits the runbook while a run is under way, the run is told, and the responder decides whether to take the change. Procedures nobody has run or reviewed within their own review interval are flagged, so a stale runbook is found before an incident rather than during one. A Rovo agent can find a procedure, start a run and report on it for you.

The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It keeps its data in your own Atlassian site and makes no connections outside Atlassian.
